3. Injection molding of bakelite products

Because the melted material is cut and heated during injection molding and the mold is at high temperature, the temperature of the melted material rises rapidly into a fast response situation. 4. Dry and solid under pressure
After injection, it will enter the pressure maintaining state immediately. The effect of pressure maintaining has two aspects: one is shrinkage, and the other is to ensure that the product structure produced by the bakelite injection molding machine manufacturer can be close and firm. After the completion of pressure maintaining, it will be delayed for a period of time, waiting for the material to be completely dry and solid, and then the product will be finalized.
5. Ejection of bakelite products
