③ Determine the pressure holding time according to the gate type and size. Precise positioning of the door, 6-8 seconds; Side door and direct door, 8-10 seconds.
④ The cooling time is determined according to the cooling channel layout and product thickness, and is initially set at 15-20s.
⑤ Manually start the injection process, improve or reduce the relevant data according to the defects of the injection products, until the product quality meets the requirements, and allow continuous operation.
